Thank you for considering purchasing my art! Here’s what you need to know about ordering and shipping.

Orders

We accept orders from customers worldwide through our website. To place an order, simply add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping information, and choose a payment method.

Do I need to create an account?
No, creating an account is not mandatory. You can simply place your order, provide your name and address details, and proceed to payment. However, if you choose to create an account, it will save your information for future orders, making the checkout process more convenient.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Simply click on My Account and, under “Register”, enter your desired username, your best email address, answer a simple arithmetic problem, and click the “Register” button. After that, you’ll receive an email with a link to set up a password for your account. This will allow you to track your orders and save your information for future purchases.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We do not keep any financial information such as credit card or bank account information on file. We work with secure payment platforms like PayPal and Mollie to ensure your information is protected.
Do you charge sales tax?
It depends on where you live. If you’re located in the EU, we will charge the VAT from your country. However, if you’re located outside the EU, we don’t have to charge sales tax.

Shipping
We ship internationally via the Dutch postal service. After receiving your payment, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. The delivery time varies based on your location and can take anywhere from 1 to 25 days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

Customs and Duties
Please note that any customs or import duties that may be applied to your order are your responsibility. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by you.

Order Tracking
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
The answer to this question depends on your location. Once we receive your payment, we typically prepare your order within 1-2 days. After that, we will send it through the Dutch postal service. For customers within the European Community, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 4 days. For the rest of Europe, delivery can take between 3 to 12 days, except for customers who live on one of the European islands, in which case it can take up to 25 days. If you live outside of Europe, delivery can take anywhere from 5 to 25 days.

It’s important to note that a number of factors can affect the delivery time, including local holidays, customs clearance in the destination country, and strikes or other special events in the destination country. However, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

How do I change my shipping address?
That’s easy to do so. Just go to My Account and select “Addresses”. From there, you can update both your billing and shipping addresses as needed.
How do I track the status of my order?
To track the status of your order, we’ll send you a detailed email with your purchase information as well as a link to the Dutch postal service website where you can follow your package. Additionally, the postal service will send you a separate email confirmation.
Do you ship to my country?
The answer is most likely yes! We strive to ship to all countries worldwide, but there may be circumstances that prevent us from doing so. If we’re unable to ship to your country, we’ll let you know and suggest alternative options, such as using a shipping address of a relative or acquaintance who lives in a country where we do ship.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes! We typically ship out orders in one box to make the process as convenient as possible for you. However, larger orders may be sent in multiple boxes to ensure that everything is packaged safely and securely.
