Ordering

To place an order, simply add your desired item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping information and choose a payment method.

Creating an account is not mandatory. You can simply place your order, provide your name and address details, and proceed to payment. However, if you choose to create an account, it will save your information for future orders, making the checkout process more convenient.

In order to create an account, simply click on “My Account” and, under “Register”, enter your desired username, your best email address, answer a simple arithmetic problem, and click the “Register” button. After that, you’ll receive an email with a link to set up a password for your account. This will allow you to track your orders and save your information for future purchases.

We do not keep any financial information such as credit card or bank account information on file. We work with secure payment platforms like PayPal and Mollie to ensure your information is protected.

Whether or not sales tax will be charged depends on where you live. If you’re located in the EU, we will charge the VAT from your country. However, if you’re located outside the EU, we don’t have to charge sales tax.
