If you receive a painting and it doesn’t fully meet your expectations, simply reach out to me within 30 days for a return authorization. Once I have the painting back in my possession, I will gladly refund your money.
Purchases Not 100% Guaranteed
Unfortunately, there are a few types of purchases that are not eligible for a return. These include:
– Personalized orders or commission works made specifically for you.
– Prints on demand.
– Virtual goods (licenses, services, subscriptions, advertisements, etc.).
– Special orders displayed with a specific return policy.
Package Damage
If your package appears to be damaged, it’s important not to sign for the delivery. Please contact me immediately and remember to include a photo of the damaged packaging. Depending on the visible damage, I will advise further steps.
Painting Damage
In the rare event that the packaging seems fine but the painting is damaged, it’s crucial to keep all the packaging and artwork exactly as delivered. First, notify the shipping company responsible for the delivery immediately. Then, inform me within 24 hours of receiving the artwork, providing digital images of the damage. If I determine that the artwork was damaged during transit, I will arrange a refund once I receive the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity.
Returning a Painting
To return a painting you are not satisfied with, please contact me within 30 days to obtain a return authorization. You’ll then have until day 45 (counted from the date of purchase) to physically return the artwork. Once I have the painting back in my possession, I will be happy to refund your money. Please note that for ALL returns, it’s important to contact me to receive a return authorization. Items returned without authorization will not receive a refund.
Return Shipping
All returned items must be in perfect condition, include the Certificate of Authenticity and the return authorization, and packaged in their original packaging. Please mail your return to the following address:
