I strive to ship to all countries worldwide, spreading art across the globe. However, there might be rare circumstances that prevent me from doing so. If I’m unable to ship to your country, I promise to let you know and suggest alternative options. For instance, you could consider using a shipping address of a relative or acquaintance who lives in a country where I do ship.

The shipping costs are on me because I want to make sure you have a hassle-free experience. However, I kindly ask you to note that while I cover the shipping costs, the handling costs are not included. Please understand that these handling costs are non-refundable as well.

Unfortunately, customs and duties are not included. Any customs or import duties applied by your country are your responsibility. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by you.

I know how exciting it is to receive your order promptly, so let me give you an estimated delivery time based on different regions. Once I have your payment, I usually prepare your order within 1-2 days. After that, I entrust it to the capable hands of the carrier service. Here’s what you can expect:

• European Community: 1 to 4 days
• Rest of Europe: 3 to 12 days
• European Islands: Up to 25 days
• Outside of Europe: 5 to 25 days

Please note that factors like local holidays, customs clearance, and special events in the destination country may affect the delivery time. But trust me, I’m committed to ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible.

As soon as I send out your order, I’ll send you a detailed email with all the purchase information you need, including a link to the carrier service’s tracking information. Some carrier services may even send you a separate email confirmation. With this tracking information, you can easily keep an eye on your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

Just head over to “My Account” and select “Addresses.” From there, you can update both your billing and shipping addresses as needed. It’s as simple as that.

To make your experience as convenient as possible, I usually ship orders in one box. I want to ensure that your art piece arrives safely and securely. However, for larger orders, I may use multiple boxes to guarantee the utmost care in packaging.
